Gilstrap is a senior financial services industry executive with global experience in the creation of technology-enabled new payment businesses within both Fortune 100 and venture capital environments. Gilstrap has successfully created and led businesses in the financial services, e-commerce, mobile and loyalty sectors. Prior to OpenRevolution, served as General Manager of American Express Smart Solutions business based in London which delivered online commercial payment, mobile commerce and smart card issuance solutions to American Express bank partners, worldwide.

Henning has held numerous leadership positions in venture capital companies focused on mobile services and in a leading Fortune 500 software and systems integration company. He also has worked extensively in management consulting in regulatory and political risk, government affairs and corporate development, and organizational change management.
French brings over 15 years of leadership in mobile payments, innovations in finance, international development and public policy. He has experience leading new market entry, business development, and product strategy. Prior to OpenRevolution, he headed an office of microfinance, regulatory reform and business development experts at USAID providing direction to a global program active in 82 countries with a $200m budget. His personal focus was public-private partnerships to expand access to finance. Under his direction, the office leveraged $5M in USAID funds into $215M in private sector lending to microfinance institutions. French earned his MBA from Georgetown University. While at USAID, he was the US Representative on the Council of Governors for the World Bank’s CGAP.
Weinstock leads the OpenRevolution Global Advisory Service team, which operates in 20 countries. Weinstock and the Global Advisory Service team advise mobile network operators, financial institutions, NGOs, telecommunications equipment manufacturers, development organizations, and governments on mobile banking market strategy, technology feasibility, investment analysis and product design. He brings over 25 years of management and technology consulting experience. Prior to joining OpenRevolution, Jordan led an ICT group at Booz Allen Hamilton focusing on telecommunications sector reform, with extensive client experience in regulatory analysis, economic and market analysis, and strategic planning.
Lesher works in market landscape analysis, pilot feasibility assessments, project design and management, as well as monitoring & evaluation involving the application of mobile technology to the provision of financial services to unbanked or under-banked populations. He has in-country project experience in Indonesia, Haiti, Malawi, Georgia, and Morocco and has worked with clients in the public, NGO, and private sectors.
